A #5 vehicle needs of complete restoration,
but is complete. It is not a rust bucket and it is not beyond repair. May or may not run, and it is definetely not road-ready.
In short, major restoration is necessary.
Just a Note about cars and trucks in worse condition than a #5. A vehicle rated #5 is restorable but below
that rating, it's buzzard time, then off to the Pile.
Below #5 is the Parts or Salvage Vehicles
